Enjoy a view of the lake from your second level balcony which is located just a short walk from the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, year-round hot tub, and a 24 hr gym.
Featuring 3 bedrooms on 2 levels of living this townhome is perfect for small groups to large groups of 12. It's a townhome but has access to the amenities at Legacy which includes pool, hot tub, and private beach.
Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You’re a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish.
During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!
